Lino Bella will gladly accept returns on new and unused merchandise within 10 days of receipt of order for store credit minus the shipping cost. There are no returns or exchanges on items 10 days after purchased. All returns must come back in "shelf ready" condition, which means we can put it back on our shelf and sell it to the next customer who would like to purchase it. All merchandise must be in the original packaging with all tags and inserts included. Due to supplier restrictions, we cannot accept a return or exchange with any indication that it has been used or handled. Laundered items will not be accepted.

All orders are shipped via UPS ground. All in-stock items will ship within 24-48 hours of receiving your order otherwise we will notify you of any delays. Special order items ship according to manufacturer availability. We will contact you to inform you of shipping time frames for special orders.

Shipping charges within the continental US will be added at the time of checkout. Additional charges will apply on orders shipping to Alaska and any territory outside the continental US.


Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours from the email order confirmation date, provided that the order has not shipped.


Sales tax will be added to your order if items are shipped within the state of California. Tax will be calculated at Pay-pal checkout.


Lino Bella will be happy to gift wrap your items at no additional charge.
